    History rearing it's ugly head.

    Hurricanes in the gulf of Mexico? Messed up some of the gulf refineries and has platforms still shutdown/evacuated (not pumping).

    Old news still messing with today and most likely till fall. When the prices will go up again as "diesel" is diverted to "home heating oil".
