End the load. Find a storage facility to unload entire load documenting and photographing everything. Charge the broker for all of this plus a slap fee on top of this and force them to pay it. Move on to your next opportunity.

In Canada most bottled water loads are 60,000 pounds plus or minus 1,000 lbs . I’ve never had one stacked at those weights . Those FEMA loads must be insane weights if they are stacked to ceiling.
