Brakesaver, hand brake and signal on tilt Column on 94 T800.

Has anyone owned a older Kenworth or knows if they came with the brake saver and hand brake and signal with a tilt column ? Reason I ask is my 94 t800 had a no tilt and I just picked up a nice tilt to put in but it looks like putting that all on the column with the tilt will be tight. Did they come factory with no tilt if the brake saver handle is on.
