You missed it I said pays overtime after 8 hours. Pilot only pays OT after 40 hours

I live in VA and work (for a few more days) in LTL. Most class A places don't pay OT, at all. Some pay after 40/45/50, but none that I know of, pay OT after 8.

XPO in VA, for example, pays OT after 50. XPO in Charleston WV, pays OT after 8. Some BS regional equation they engineered to where you're screwed in the south.
