Lincoln chrome make quiet spools that are the center section of the stacks, plus a shorty muffler ahead of the y pipe. About the same sound but deeper tone, jake is loud. Pryo runs cooler

I’ll give it a test starting Monday,
Deadheading to Seattle, then load to Huntsville, Alabama.

I drove 75 miles today and got the call that my load had been pushed back a week. Turned around and came home.
Truck runs better, runs up to higher rpm’s much quicker, I guess no back pressure makes a big difference. Sound is about the same. I am happy with the pipes but did a lot of worrying about the sound.
Now I get to stay home a week and draw a very nice day rate already agreed to by customer.
It pays to have a trailer that someone needs.

I planned for a train horn but ran out of time, maybe after this load.

I'm thinking that could be fun with a tall pipe load that isn't tarped in the front, projecting the horns to the rear of the trailer.
