My wife and I were driving on I-90 west heading into Buffalo yesterday. While going 80+mph a Rock Rover truck proceeds to tailgate me then comes up beside my vehicle and literally pushes me off the road-I barely kept my truck steady in the gravel, but was able to navigate back onto pavement. My wife called in the incident to the State Police and we continued following him for approximately 20 more miles. He continued to tailgate other drivers until they moved out of his way. This driver needs to lose his license before he kills someone!

I have a video from my dash-cam, but couldn’t figure out how to post it here.

So what you are saying is you and other cars were in the PASSING lane impeding traffic. Instead of being in the right lane. Gotcha.

Incorrect. I was doing 80mph, passing slower vehicles in the right lane on a congested highway, in which the speed limit was 65. An a-hole in a semi has no place in the fast lane, driving in excess of 90mph, and pushing other drivers off the road.

    Lemme get this straight...

You were speeding 15-over in traffic congestion. A guy in a semi truck was being an even bigger D-bag. The guy in the semi is the ### hole, but you're good.

    Am I tracking?

It was the flow of traffic. Left lane was moving around 80, right lane was moving around 70.

    Got it.

So the right lane is breaking the law. The Left lane is breaking the law. The semi truck is the bad guy because he's breaking the law even harder.

Now am I tracking? All I'm seeing are stones being cast in a glass house here.

The issue at hand isn’t the speed that myself or the truck were going. It’s the fact that he intentionally and successfully pushed me off the road at those speeds. I’d be a liar, as well as anyone on this forum, if I claimed I was going the speed limit and always do.

What I do not do, is push other drivers off the road and put their lives and their family’s lives in imminent danger.

Quit while you're already so far behind. Call the company. I'm sure they'd love to hear the story.

And still failed to move back over after passing. To not impede traffic.

Whether going 80 vs 90 or 60 vs 70. You were impeding the passing lane. Let's add on to that. You then decided you needed to also go 90 to follow the guy. SMH

Maybe next time. Watch your review mirror and get over when you see traffic coming up behind you.
