Brickman, do you have a ghost riding shotgun that your not aware of? See it in the second picture in the center, black with white eye's? I know it's really not but just had to nit pick a little. Cool camera trickery though.

WTF!?!?!? Truckin' 50 year's? 99 year's old and a sunvisor is too dangerous? Never in my born day's have I ever heard of an accident caused by a ###### sunvisor. Sure your not a wanna be driver? -

Probably had a ghost. After paying over $30,000 on a FLEECE purchase deal I got screwed by the company and lost the truck.
Actually thats the interior headliner panel is down from installing the visor hardware. The two "eyes" are the interior map/spot lights. -
with brown eyes too . . . . . .

Correction: He's about 23 and has been a Werner driver once!
Translation: Steering wheel holder, Knows nothing about trucking.
Conclusion: Pissed off at life 'cause things didn't work out the way he wanted them too so he comes here and tries to irritate those of us who are living the life that he can only dream about.
Has nothing of any value to contribute.notarps4me and FriedTater Thank this. -
I know in the state of alabama Straight pipes are 100% legal.State law wise cause state law spacifically says a turbocharger is a legal muffling device in itself and that is all you are required to have........I will say that who ever wrote that never stood next to a 2 1/2 ton army truck with a C turbo idling......Talk about dog whistle!

I put a vizor on mine, it was practical, it kept the sun out of my eyes, made it a lot more enjoyable to drive around sun up and sun down.
As far as who ever commented saying that having a lot of chrome and lights on your truck was going to get you a lot of DOT attention, I really dont think so, I had a ton of lights on my truck and trailer, I mean not as many as some, but they were all LED's and they were all working because when I put em on I used heat shrink crimp connectors that had soder in them as well.
You know what happened every time I got inspected? I got a fresh FMCSA sticker. Its because Id take the time to hop on a creeper and adjust all of my brakes, Id go over everything on the underside throughly and if it was getting worn out, it would get fixed. And becasue I was doing the work myself, I knew exactly what type of shape my truck was in.
I also learned that approaching the scale to stay behind that rattle trap company wagon, it was a great way to slip on through un noticed.
On the flip side, if your truck is outfitted in a way that makes you look like an Alpha Sierra Sierra, well you are going to get looked at. If you do things to draw attention to yourself like run 10 inch stacks, and a 15" drop vizor, dont be suprized if the DOT gives you some special attention because you look like an idiot.
Just remember kids, Stupid hurts.notarps4me, blue69vette, FriedTater and 1 other person Thank this. -
and thats a wrap . . . .
