    With the shortage of workers I wouldn't be surprised to be more strikes as unions see the opportunities to gain ground along with living at work to make up for lack of help .
    At the Kelloggs plant in omaha and nationwide they have been on strike for about 2 weeks over no days off and forced double shifts .
