If it’s because of the sensor shortage who will they sue? Paccar or their supplier? What if Paccar gets them from multiple suppliers? Will they all be sued?
It sucks breaking down. It sucks when things happen that are out of our control. But when someone makes a choice that already puts them somewhat behind the 8 ball then when things happen out of their control it really goes bad.

Or are you just going to name everyone involved in the sensors.. right down to the parts guy the sensor was ordered thru ???
I think you missed your calling in life.. you should be a Attorney... make sure just you charge by the hour and not Pro Bono.. other wise you might not last long ... but then you could file 1 last class action lawsuit.. against the law school you attended .. because you failed in your law practiceLast edited by a moderator: Oct 16, 2021

Their business model isn’t set up so that you succeed. Their lease purchase business model works best when people fail and they can return that truck into the pool and let someone else pay over $4k a month to drive it. Why do you think they charge for everything weekly like a car rental company instead of monthly like traditional financing?
Here’s an example: if I were in the OP’s shoes and was down for 10 weeks instead of nearly a month my truck payments and insurance would’ve been nearly $6k less than his weekly payments on the lease purchase. Goes back to my earlier comment about how personal choices can really put you behind the 8 ball when things happen you can’t control. But go ahead and sue and make Schneider pay for everyone’s bad decisions and then sue the lawyers for taking over half the money that they won for you. And then leave the money you do get in the bank so you have a cushion for the next lease purchase that goes south.
