Did you really think I care? Thanks for reminding me to put you on my ignore list. Your attacks when I first joined were beyond ignorant

I was involved in a head on while working. Honda came across the center line. I couldn't even get in a car for weeks. But after a few months got back in the cab. Had a few relapses but kept driving. I'm going to beat this. Time helps but it changes you. A reboot of how you look and do things. Do it right, no excuses. Stay mentally tough and run it cool. Good luck Sir.

    No, but seriously........

I got in a car wreck in my POV five years ago.

I had a hard time driving a car after that.
    It lasted about 6 months.

It's gonna take a little time. But you really DO have to "get back on the horse" for your anxiety to go away.

    You got this, driver!

Your companies safety department hasn't told you to seek help (posting here doesn't count)?
I know my company would require a doctor to sign off on you returning to work after something like this.

    The_vett Thanks this.

Im not a doctor, but what one that's actually trying to help you would say is you need to find out the root cause of the panic trigger and then ease yourself up on that and back off of it, kinda like training an easily spooked horse, you need to ***gradually*** prove to yourself that its okay, and it may take a while. The longer it goes on, the longer it will take to resolve

Meat computers are weird, sorry yours is having a hard time.
