It was real close by lol. It was an old old trans, cable speedo, etc. I'd have to change too much to work with my digital speedometer to make it worth grabbing.

A secret that I learned was that you needed the 2 piece rocker cover if you had Jakes and to remove the top cover you could undo the drivers side front cab mount and use a bolt through the cab side mount and pry up with a bar and block it 1.5" up. The cover then came off without trouble past the valve adjusters. the was so much easier than unbolting and prying up the doghouse and bending the firewall lip in one spot!

@TripleSix I decided that after 8 months of essentially the same rep scheme and pattern for leg day that it was time to change it up. Started out my squats at about 70% of my 1 rep max for 6 reps, then pyramid down by dropping 1 rep off each set until I was at 1 rep. Stuck to a strict 40 second rest between sets.

I was skeptical at first but after a solid hour on legs, following this pyramid pattern on every movement, my muscles feel more fatigued than before. I don't feel mentally fatigued like I normally do when training in the 1-2 rep range. I'm suspecting the low rep/heavy weight sets fatigue the CNS before the muscle get sufficiently fatigued and grow.

I the early 98 century got the one piece valve cover and cowl was not removable. Procedure was to place a block of wood under it both sides and smash it in half. Replace with 3 piece.

Fit when installed at factory! Lol

Eat a few less chimkin wings, and you might be able to fit an extra foot of chain in the rack.

I know where something might be, if it’s still there. 1998-99 W9 with a Cat factory setup, 10 speed

    Freind owns it…
