Hooters Servers Are Complaining About New Uniforms.

Last time I went to a Hooters the clams were sandy

 

The original article, also has comments from Hooter's girls that like the new uniforms. Because, they are getting better tips.

 

They can quit and get hired as a waitress at any other restaurant in town in about eight minutes

even at picadilly or shoneys and dress like they are Amish .

I think the "complaints" are just a publicity stunt.

Just like whenever they open a new restaurant they make sure to alert the local feminists/religious/whomever they think will protest. When the inevitable protest occurs, once the news cameras are on the scene Hooters sends out waitresses with drinks. The 'restaurant ' tends to end up looking pretty good while the protesters look like busy bodies.

Frankly, I don't care what they're wearing (or not). The food is sub par and the clientele tends to give the place a desperate ambiance.

 

The govonor was giving a speech at a conference center facility that I managed
It was in janurary , and there were 6 or 8 protestors out on the sidewalk with signs etc .
Govonor asked me to take them
Some coffee and tell them they were invited inside where it was warm and , as long as they left their signs and chants outside and were polite .

they all accepted .
I don’t think they would have ever voted for him but it was a graceful gesture .
