Well. You would see it got hot. Gone out and checked it. See oil leaking or check oil level. Call road service they bring our oil and be done under $700 bucks. Go back to loves have them fix it right. One day lost revenue.

My drop and hook trailer has abs light on.
I got the truck to fish tail a little, when a deer ran out in the road tonight. I was empty.

Just for the sake of clarity.... Your trailer was empty or you emptied your bowels?

My abs is staying on. It’s off now, must have come unplugged somehow. It’s a warning on a DOT inspection. Got home last night. Booked a load for noon tomorrow pick up. Never did change my oil. My backs still out of whack. Might as well work while it’s good. I’ll just sit around, procrastinating anyways. I’m not complaining, but with everything involved. Even with the best revenue/pay. We earn every penny.

There is them like that, and more getting that way everyday. Kinda the norm. But, not just a new trend.
Every time I dropped my black cattle rack to pull a reefer trip, come back and my cut gates and their tie rope would be missing.
Just told bosses son (dispatch) what was missing and when they come up with it; and got it back in the trailer, I would hook it and go.
He never asked what if they could not find, so I worked there for 1.5 years. Left then because they did a fleet specd truck change.
Cattleman.. It was the old style wood slat, single story trailer. Not a pot.

Sounds like 1958 when the interstate was being built across NM. We were running US80, till they had a piece finished. Switch over and run new for a mile or so, switch back to old 80 a mile so, catch another new piece, then switch back to head on with a fool that did not switch.
