I agree, & think you're 100% correct on that..

It just bothers me some cause it's yet 1 more reason for them bears to pull me around back & start sniff'n round my shaker & asking questions I don't want to answer!! Lol

That sucks. Did you ask for an extension? As long as the folks moving into your place aren't in a hurry it works out good. Doesnt hurt to ask. We've had to do it several times. Sometimes you have to pay rent for the time you occupy the house past the original date. Still easier than moving twice though. Good luck.

My wife was all over the loan officer, whose assistant is the one who screwed up, this morning and now they're working in a hurry to finalize the stuff that should have been done several days ago.
