    Do not believe anything they say. They want to factor you at 6% for a lot of reasons, GUESS WHAT YOU HOLD YOUR END THEY DO NOT!!!! YOU CANT GET ANYONE OVER THE PHONE EVER!!!! YOU ASK FOR A TERM LETTER,YOU ARE IGNORED!!! TO PUT CANDLES ON THE CAKE ANYONE CAN SAY THEY OWN A PIECE OF YOUR COMPANY AND GUESS WHAT!! YOUR COMPANY IS THEIRS AND YOU CAN BE PLACED OUT OF SERVICE WITHOUT THEM DOING THEIR ACTUAL HOMEWORK
