    I was just posting in another thread that it wouldn't surprise me if i could get 300k for that one truck I’ve gotten so far. I think he undersold his big time. Granted it’s more specialty but also base cost was more then my 680.

    Shortages definitely have not begun to letup. The sister truck built in Aug still hasn’t been finished and released. Crazy!

    Can I ask you when you got your VIN numbers on your new trucks? My T680 is supposed to be built "sometime in January" (this is the latest of 3 different dates now given), but I still haven't gotten a VIN yet. And I sometimes wonder if Kenworth is even taking my order seriously.

    2nd week of August. I don’t even think Kenworth is building any trucks right now. I mean why would they if trucks built 3.5 months ago are still sitting there?

    You probably keep being pushed back because of them not building any. If it’s actually built in Jan then who knows, it could be April or May before you get it. At least yours hasn’t been cancelled.

    Well talked to my sales man the other day and got a little bit of an update on my truck. It is now scheduled to be built the week of 1/27/22 and most of the time the trucks have been pushed back a week to 2 weeks according to them. So most likely wont go into production until 2nd week of Feb 22.

    I was looking closer at the new truck I got recently. I found it interesting that even though it built in August, the fuel tanks both said September.

    Salesman text today that my truck is done and should be to the dealer by the end of next week. I’m paying an extra $1000 for them to send someone down to drive it back instead of waiting for it to get decked with other trucks.
