Never was much on eating when food is real hot, usually let mine cool a bit so I can enjoy it better…..

Gotta get the fries down first. They never taste good cold or reheated.

While whiskey is definitely liquid, and may help with some aspects of the ordeal, other non-alcoholic beverages are probably a better choice.

I read the other day that drinking alcohol will not stop infection. Its too diluted in the bloodstream to be effective. Even 40-50% alcoholic beverages appear to only be somewhat effective in killing bacteria in the mouth and throat.

Read it online so who knows how accurate it is.

I’ve seen them before, never used one. Were you doing shrugs?

    Deadlifts.

Just overly awkward. If you get your hands even slightly off the balance point the whole thing wants to tip forward or backward - usually just after getting it to knee height. Its enough to throw your coordination out the window. With just 1 plate it was manageable. 2 it was a challenge and 3 was almost impossible.
