Hard to beat a back room deal and God knows what for a payoff to get the contract.

So because you have no morals everyone else can't. That's some messed up thinking there.

The people I know all call him Evil Musk, not Elon, for a reason. Given the choice between a bicycle and a tesla, I'll take the bicycle.
If I should ever need an electric vehicle in the future, it will say Ford on it. The Mustang or a lightning would do in a pinch if forced to go electric. But truth be told, my 5.0 V8 F150 is amazing. My junky old F350 plow truck has a 6.8 V10, works well for its intended use, plowing my yard and driveway. Someday I may fix the lights, alternator, and pound a few dents out of it. I bought it from a farmer who had put it on its side, no working lights, but it had an Arctic snow plow. Last year it decided to stop charging, so I just put a battery tender on it while parked, it gives the battery enough charge to start, and plow, so long as I don't lift the blade too many times. I keep intending to fix the charging system, but haven't. Now being off work, I have the time, but with 1 arm, and 1 leg, its awkward. Most likely the alternator, so I should just buy a new one, and a new belt, and replace them, then fix the high mounted headlights that shine over the top of the blade, and call it good. Some sort of headlight would be great when plowing at night. Usually I just sit outside in the dark for 5 minutes until my eyes adjust to no light, and begin plowing. Dressing warm is important, because I don't turn the blower on to save the battery since it stopped charging. A wee bit redneck, but it works.
I did put a mirror on the side, since I bought it with the one mirror missing from the ditch roll over. I would have paid as much for a new blade, as I did for the truck and blade.
But every time I go out and plow snow with it, I thank God its a Ford, not a Tesla.
