What if it Snows?

Put 20 guys in a thread, and a picture of chili. Those 20 will argue for a day what is chili, or not chili.

Then enters a woman, and settles it for them quickly and concisely. Chili doesn't have beans. Add beans to chili, and you have chili with beans.

 

The before time ….. As a youngster I remember seeing the Canadian’s with their heavy spec trucks with these kind of winter fronts

 

Chili was originally poor peoples food so if you didn't have beans there were no beans in it but if you did have beans there were beans in it. Same goes with minestrone the poor peoples soup of Italy.....

BBQ sauce is a very complex topic. Also very regional.

 

I should have put in the post just kidding because you are exactly right. - not to mention if you use any or not on good BBQ.

 

Lobster was considered poor people food too.

 

You can put beans in chili. The no beans thing is a bunch of Texas nonsense.
