I have backlisted ARRIVE LOGISTICS to our list. They are acting if they don't know what load I'm talking about. They have no idea when I will be paid. It's more than 40 days after our paperwork was submitted along with the invoice.

DO NOT HAUL for them unless you want to be fighting to get paid.

    Please help with the bond?
I have never done it before. How to issue the bond? Is there a specific time you wait for the bond to be issued?
I will also file with the Department of Labor. It always works. But it's a lengthy process.

Dept. of Anything won't care about your claim.

First things first. Accounts payable never knows anything about a load. Call the broker and ask them to check status and see if there's any claims you don't know about. Have your load number ready, of course. Find out where it is along the path from finishing the load to getting paid, then follow up as appropriate. Save your threats of going to authorities. That just makes them not want to help you even more.

Then if you need to put a claim on their bond, look them up and find out who issued their bond. Go to their website and you'll usually find the process and necessary forms to submit.

ETA: I've done several loads for Arrive with no problems. Maybe a bit more of the story could shed some light.

Since I have never worked with them before, I did ask them about their time around to pay. They assured the pay is within 30 days. I'm flexible when a payment comes late, but not when people act as if they don't know about the paperwork you submitted over one month ago. And they don't give me any time frame when I'll be paid. They don't give me any check number or date when the payment is going to be issued???

Department of Labor doesn't get involved in business to business transactions, ever.
Now if you didn't pay your driver they would, but not for a contract violation.

    Good luck with that.

    You're going to need it.

After hours on the phone and multiple phone calls the Triumph Pay is releasing the payment on Wednesday. They are using Triumph Pay. If I wouldn't follow up on it, nobody most likely would pay attention to the load not paid.
One manager took his time finally to resolve this. Nobody else in the accounting department did. They were only forwarding messages, not giving any info to me.
