Ive had my authority over 120 days now, and now the new emails and snail mail im getting is about drug compliance. Am I supposed to receive 2 hours of training on section 49 of the FMCSA regulations? Also should I be looking out for any mail at this point about anything?

You can start training on your own.
    Pot is a great gateway.
Don't follow it up with a psychedelic unless you use a paralytic first.
Dont take ketamine until the end, or you will forget everything and have to start over.

I am not aware of "drug training" as a requirement. Maybe its something from the drug testing pool you joined?

Single owner operator only needs to join a consortium and keep records.

Ok I didnt want to start another thread for this question, I don't keep odometer readings on my mileage reports....mainly because my tune I have on my engine messes with my speedometer.... Is this a problem?

    I use paper logs....

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.

Yea my wife sent me the picture of it on Monday as it came in my PO Box, I cut the week short to come home this afternoon cause it really did look official. For some reason I have been waiting for something in the mail ........

I got so much junk when I first start with my own authority, I assumed everything in the box was trash. I even disregarded UCR as a scam. Never got caught not having it :p But yeah, that's needed

Rideandrepair, JoeyJunk and nikmirbre Thank this.
