So now that the Trolls are banished to Ignore Land, does anyone have any other insight into how the T-Force take over is going? I talked to several Conway Truckload guys who are much happier since TFI brought back the old CFI identity. I never saw much positive said about the Overnite/UPS merger. Hopefully TFI can do some good for the folks there. They’re doing better than Central Freight Lines at least

Sure. Contractually, TFI will have to honor the existing teamster contracts that are in place until they expire.
Things don't look horrible on that front, because TFI has a history of working with the Union with some of the other companies they've purchased. This would make them rather exceptional in that regard, because generally the first step of any purchase is to break the union to maximize profits. As for how...nice they are in contract negotiations, I have no idea.
So the UPS Freight contract was ratified in 2018, which means they have until the end of July 2023 on this current existing contract. And we'll see what happens after that.
Oh wait. You blocked me because I'm a troll. Oh noooooo!!!
If someone wants to copy and paste that for the serious fella, I'm sure he'd actually appreciate it, despite my "troll" status.4mer trucker Thanks this.
