Total compensation for 2021

My company gave me this pretty little report detailing my compensation for 2021. How do these numbers look for a 4th year driver doing local flatbed work? Low? High? About right? I averaged 52 hours per week. 90% of my loads were steel coils or plates, and probably half of them were tarped (coil tarp(s) or 4ft tarps).
My gut says these numbers are pretty fair, but sometimes I wonder if there's easier money out there.
I also wonder what you owner ops have left over after all your truck and administrative expenses. Is it comparable?

 

By the way, if you divide the total compensation ($106,802.09) by the "hourly" rate $51.35, then again by 52, that should tell you the hours worked per week. Well in this case that number is 40. Obviously the true number is higher than 40 hours, so the true "hourly" compensation is less than $51.35...

 

That's how I felt at first, but now I'm glad it was broken down this way. Like, there's not a 401k match at my company, so I have to self fund that completely. If an opportunity were put there promising $75k but a 6% 401k match, well that's $4500 bucks and would be a lateral move. Same deal if another place offered $90k with dogsnot benefits. Having the total number including benefits makes it easier for me to do an apples to apples comparison with other jobs out there.
