That’s a nice Truck!! That list looks like it’s copied from mine. I still need to replace dash skeleton, radio, flooring/seats ( again ). And the fifth wheel. Just bought it. You’re going to really enjoy that Truck for what it is. A very dependable money maker, that can always make the trip. I guarantee you won’t consider it a piece of junk soon. The cost of parts is the best part. Every time you hear someone say how much the same part for their Truck costs. Lol. Fan, Turbo, waterpump, it goes on and on. Other parts, for different Trucks/Engines are 2-3x as much. It all adds up. Don’t see many FLDs anymore. Hard to believe.

I agree. I call it a POS jokingly. It’s what I always wanted. I love the simplicity of this truck.

I know. You wouldn’t have done the work, had you not known the potential. It’s just like @Dino soar s Truck. He’s done a lot. I’ve got a few things left to do this summer. Rear bushings are bad again already. It’s been maybe 7 yrs. I’m dreading the dash skeleton. Every time I touch the dash, I break it some more.

2 of the women have left. The other 2 are going to be eating dinner with us. As to that weight thing. The cath lab nurses told me to treat that wrist as if it was broken for about 10 days. They released me to my normal heart doc at the Hampton VA hospital. I don't see him until the 15th of Feb. He called me Monday and said unless it's an emergency to stay out of the place. They are having mucho Covid probems.

It was annoying and time consuming but well worth it. I got the pieces from Miami Star.

We’re definitely taking the fairings off, putting dual straight pipes out the back. A big ### Turbo wing on the roof, a gangster drop visor, window visors. Louvered bunk small window covers. Chrome bumper, and adding some air filters from a Coronado on the hood. Dummies just for looks, moving the tanks back, putting some nice step boxes from a Coronado or International, on both sides. Adding an inframe tool box, some full SS rear fenders, with a light bar all the way across. A quick metallic paint job, with some old school FLC style stripes. And about 60 LEDs.

I think one of the positive's is you probably wouldn't need a checkered marker flag if you pick up or deliver to an airfield.

The truck has stopped. Fortunately at a truck stop. Even though we have advanced the load 578.9 miles, we are far short of our goal for the day due to dat old arn attempting to plow it's way through stopped traffic in the one lane construction zone.

Lost a couple tenths. The OM is still pleased however.
