What if it Snows?

Opinions wanted, what do you think a 2006 48 x 102 Fontaine step with air gauge, toolboxes, 4 ramp/bridge is worth? Its a steel aluminum combo. Im seeing prices from 12 to 22 grand for similar trailers.

The market is so volatile for used equipment that I think you could go crazy trying to get a handle on it. I’m reminded of someone in this thread trying to sell a used cascadia for 20k with little interest then several months later selling for much more and having sellers remorse a couple weeks later because the market kept going up. The hyperinflation in equipment has to end but I’m not offering a guess of when because of my history with being wrong.

 

Ramps are worth about 5k new installed. Air gauge. $400 new yourself, tool boxes look at farm and fleet. New step is about 40 to 45k

 

I just got back from the Airport. Had a great breakfast this morning as I saw Keri off. She is headed to Texas today and has a meeting scheduled with her employer for one day next week and depending on the situation might be returning to work. She is moving back here for good and expects this to be finished by the end of the month. I also decided to leave the main bathroom alone and we will be sharing my bathroom for now. It's looking like it will be sometime in March before the zoom meeting happens with the adoption. I looking at a place in Virginia Beach. I will miss this area because of the years here I have developed a lot of friends. Just looking at things and all the options. One of my brothers-in-law's is furious because I changed my will. He said a lot of things about Keri being a snake worming her way into my life. Over the years I have lived in Virginia I have tried to stay amicable with my family, but this went way too far. I took a few minutes yesterday to block all my family on social media and will be changing my phone number later. It's a dang shame my family chose to attack Keri! Then to imply I am some idiot that doesn't have the good sense to see this kind of stuff. This coming from the same man that allowed my sister to cheat on him for almost 10 years, then took her back. Then he wants to call me stupid? Really?

 

Well the Screamer arrived last nite. Had a wee bit of snow when I hit the sack. Got about 7 inches now. Looks like I’ll be catching up on some house work today.
