What’s the lawsuit about ?

 

Josh is a real ####ing creep ! I seen him and his amnerican dispatcher throw a guy out of a truck at a DOT station this was all by phone . He would never make it with a real company . He treats the drivers like ####ing slaves . The company should be investigated .

Did you ever start the class action law suit? If so, I’d like be a part of it. I just got into an accident and they left me for dead in the middle of nowhere.

 

I have nothing good to say about them....they owe me money too

These guys almost had me. I spoke with Ron their recruiter and they promised me a dream job. Great miles, family atmosphere, good pay, great hardware, etc. So I sent them my docs and moved forward quickly with over 18 calls, emails and texts for 24 hours until I asked them if they can respond to the comments I saw here on this site and answer a few questions I read here like if they provide PrePasses, if they hold an escrow account against the drivers pay and a few other topics. The minute I sent the email.... crickets. They stopped responding to me cold and ran away. I've never experienced anything like it. I was really buying the recruiters pitch. Whew, dodged THAT bullet. THANKS FOR THE POSTS HERE. You've saved me a lot of trouble fellas, much appreciated.
