Good morning. I can't walk today because I am getting dizzy when I stand up. Blood pressure is 92/49. So I was working online some. I was also reading some of the other comments about Caths and Stents thinking about my friend's death yesterday. I'm not going to be able to make it and I got chewed out last night by Keri when I asked her about both of us going. She is still 100% in protecting me mode and doesn't want me traveling, PERIOD! I got angry, but Nurse Ratched (Janet) said I was all the family Keri had now. So I face timed with Keri and let her know I was staying at home. Keri will be in Dallas for a few more days and will return to where she now lives soon. She will be working in a few weeks and her belongings are actually back here. Not sure what she is going to do with her car. I suggested she sell it and I will help her get a new one once she gets back here. Our Attorney has a VERY good friend who is an investigator with the Commonwealth's Attorney's office and this man made contact with Keri's ex. This contact is allowed under the Protective Order he is under. He made it clear to him what he stands to lose if he violates that piece of paper. I made it clear to him I will take his life if he ever gets close to her again! Our Attorney told me he was also warned that Keri's relationship with me has changed. It is a father/daughter relationship and I am a VERY protective father! So I believe she can come back and fly out of Norfolk as before.

@Moose1958 a long road trip is probably not a good thing at this time (it was Colorado?) I’m sure your friends family will understand. Keri’s ex doesn’t seem to get the realities of the diminishing punishment risks. Life in prison is not a deterrent for an old guy.

I have spoken to several Attorneys as well as this Investigator I spoke about this situation. I would be telling a lie if I said they said it was OK to do this. What they said was make sure if I do use deadly force to not shoot him in the back. To not be in an area where firearms are prohibited. If he is in fact making a threat to harm Keri and I stop it using deadly force in most situations I won't go to prison. Honestly, that investigator told me all the color left his face after he was told what he faced. I am hoping he now understands to move on and leave her alone! Oh, BTW I am NOT the only person that lives here that has expressed that same position. When Keri returns she will be coming back to a place where many people adore and love her. The ex now knows this and I hope will respect it.

Was visiting Dow Gardens in Midland, MI with my mom and my ex when two gargantuan house-cat looking freaks of nature came out of the woods meowing and rubbing all over my leg. They seemed to be pretty friendly, so I picked one up and brought it over to show my mom and ex. Mom freaked.

These cats were HUGE. Not morbidly obese, just proportionally gigantic. I've never seen anything like them since. Pretty sure they'd have hit the scale well over 30 lbs.
