I retired back in 2007 when I sold my Business and I think the minimum wage was $8.25, I know the market wage was about $10 to $12. I paid my starting guys at $21, and this was the no BS wage. Meaning I would not have to put up with an employee's BS about working hard, being late or not wanting to work overtime on weekends if asked. Because I knew and they knew that they would hurt if we let them go and they would not get another job paying what we did. People knew we paid a lot, and we had a large pool of highly qualified applicants desperate to take their place. So, they worked their ### off for us and did not give us any BS to deal with.
So, there are basically three different wages Minimum, Market, and the No BS wage.Last edited: Jan 20, 2022

Dave does the back side of the home face North? and is the big side wall with the small window facing west? BTW, it's looking great.

I wanna know if all the trim screws on every electrical cover plate are installed with the flathead slot in the vertical position. These are the telltale signs of a true professional
