Hirschbach threatens to file lawsuits to keep drivers from leaving

So Hirschbach charges 7K for OTR training for someone with a CDL? How much do they charge for their school and then OTR training if the person doesn't make it 4 months?

I love getting hourly and am never going back unless it's something crazy like a dollar a mile.

Detention pay, "conditional bonuses", incentive pay, this bonus, that sliding payscale, "region pay", "lane pay", "fleet pay", a million different little
ways to break up your pay into too many pieces to accurately keep track of, which means you're less likely to notice when the employers fails to pay you what they theoretically owe.

Roehl has a 50 page handbook describing how you get paid... ridiculous.

 

Living life on payments creates this type of thing.

 

I worked for Roehl for about a month it was pure comedy

 

I'm not sure AYFKM? qualifies as comedy! Lol

 

A productive driver can make that 7000 for them in 1 to 2 weeks.

Anybody can see how they are taking advantage.
