BH2.0 got my trailer snafu straightened out, or so he thought. I got my load info, but ended up arriving at my shipper 20 min late. 3 hours later, I was loaded. Went to send in my load call and....Invalid trailer message again...I didn't stick around waiting for him to try again. I hit the road. Within 20 or so minutes, he asked me what my trailer number was...as if I dropped and hooked. Finally got it straight...I hope, I will deliver this tomorrow then head to the Mechanicsburg yard to pick up a t-called load going to within 20 min of home. But, 1st thing this morning, before all of this invalid trailer bs took place, I had him push out my home time another week because I failed to consult the boss at home before telling BH2.0 when I wanted home earlier this week. Her Farmer's Market is taking part in our towns spring festival, which means 2 of my days at home will be spent being there by myself for most of the day, and a 3rd day where she is busy doing all the financial paperwork the city and the state require. So, earlier this week, I wanted home and they couldn't find a load. Now, I want to stay out another 10 days, and they send me by the house. I swear, if I said I never want to deliver to the moon, I would be dispatched on a load to Cape Canaveral and scheduled on the next Space-X rocket leaving earth.

20 miles from where I planned to stop today ended in failure. Moment I passed Evansten, WY the big billboard alerted me that i80 is closed due to stalled semi's. Was trying to make it to the TA but now I'm just chilling with 30+ other trucks all on the shoulder waiting for the road to open. Parked right next to a turnaround so could head back to Evansten but not likely to find any parking due to all this.
Can't wait for it to stop snowing.Lonesome, RussianBearTruckeR, Bumper and 1 other person Thank this. -
I think I'm setting a record for how long I've had the same trailer. Almost 3 weeks. Of course it's an older, beat up one.
Bumper and newbietrucker91 Thank this.
