    Quite the article. The high points? Dry van freight is down 37%, freight rates have plummeted, and all those high dollar used trucks bought the last 2 years is turning into a poor investment for a bunch of new O/O’s. I’m thinking now is the best time to stay put.

    Sitting at the Dr this morning getting my yearly physical when I got my reload assignment for tomorrow. Load in Miami tomorrow morning going to Macon Ga for Thursday morning. Physical was very uneventful. Normal BP, hearing good, eyesight good, reflexes good. Only issue is my lower right back and it’s 2 vertebrae rubbing on each other. Been an issue the last 10 years. Trying to see if I should address it now or when I retire.

    Be very careful with your back issue JohnBoy. I had an issue when I was 17 and had injections to ease the pain. Went into the Navy and it reared it's head again but this time a diagnosis of spondylolisthesis L5-S1 caused the Navy to discharge me and I have dealt with this for the last 55 years. It can be horrible pain at times but mostly controllable. Don't mess with the back and good luck.
