Hello all female here looking for a good starter company to get experience or maybe a career. I happened to be located in a Great trucking area Pennsylvania, (Harrisburg, Carlisle, hershey, Palmyra, and the like). My issue is I need a trainer to further train. I got my CDL through prime In March 18 2022 and while that went well the mentor training didn't twice I might add. I have a tanker endorsement learned on a freight liner, tested out on a international and also driven a ken worth. I wanted to know if there are ANY companies out there that I can catch a break that either has enough trainers and trucks to go around. I am hearing this is most of the trucking companies issues today. Thanks for reading

They are bad low on available trucks. Waiting period from 2 - 6 weeks, unpaid.

I talked to a manager at Schneider a few weeks ago, they had a truck for sale that I was looking at.He said they should be getting new trucks in any day, they were getting rid of the older ones.

When you total two or three a day like Schneider does it’s hard for the Freightliner manufacturers to keep up.
