Quitting is not going to make this trainee more attractive to the next company. Anywhere this trainee goes and he will have t start over again at zero. Schneider's ride with a trainer period is much shorter than almost any other company, but the key is to get to a company you can sta at for a long time, or should he leave if something isn't desirable there?

The trainee volunteered for the company he is at. Stay there and get experience, Then move on to his forever home. Almost none of us could have stayed permanently at our first company because there is simple too many factors about the job to know which factors are important, which factors are a part of the job wherever you work, and which factors are not important. I don't see many drivers quitting their way to success. The roads would be empty if every truck drier only had to work when everything thing was comfortable.

A bad experience at a starter company serves to make a point why it’s so important to research very carefully which companies to commit one’s time to.

I’d argue that almost every company has features that will make some drivers happy, and cause others to recoil. Personally, I’d never give a company that teams new drivers more than a moments thought before dismissing them. But that’s just me. Others would like that starting.

Job hopping has a lot to do with decisions made without much thought. But once they are made, it’s in the best interest to stick to them. Job hopping only leads to worse opportunities and more of what one is running from.

Stay the course and choose better next time.

If only there was a trucking company that would hire anyone, with any criminal or drug-use background, had no training period and hauled unlimited amounts of high profit freight to every town in every state and didn't care if their trucks and trailer or customers were damaged. If they let every driver work any schedule and avoid anything they didn't like we might be able to help the newbies.

Uhhh you don't need a mask, that's as useless as folks wearing one while driving.....plus you can open a window which gets rid of a virus real fast with the air flowing..
