Hasn't Dam Removal become quite prevalent in the West?

 

That's a Win-Win but aren't those Geese Federally Protected?

 

They were/are protected by the Migratory Bird Act but there's a difference between Migratory Birds and these Resident Geese that we're loaded up with

They are "talking" about building another doubt it will happen in my or my kids lifetime.

 

So I wake up and getting ready to head up the hill when I see 5 to 9 inches of snow. Hello and WTF

Cascadia before Cascadias were all the rage.

 

Tribal members and environmentalists are pursuing just that for the Columbia River and all it's tributaries, clear into Idaho, without natural fish passage barriers over concerns for anadromous species.

 

Some smaller ones have been removed, but none on the Columbia or Snake. I don't know California.
