I meant to ask you if it was a Sterling or Aeromax, I seen a lot that I questioned but had to get moving on family matters….

With all the projects I have I didn’t need it, but…. I had something the owner really wanted more than I did lol. Set for many years, and after freeing up 3 injectors it only turned over 3 times and started…

They were uncooked and I dropped them on the grill. Only 200 American° 20 minutes hickory smoke and I ate everyone. Seamed fine, just a snack while mowing.

I drove an aeromax for many years. The truck itself wasn't bad. Getting parts was always a pain...650 bucks for a door handle that never lasted more'n a couple years. When Ol Friday come up for sale I happily divorced it!!!

Dad ran Sunday night till Saturday am most my childhood. Then had 4 trucks. 2 ohio doubles, 2 spreads. After 10 years he went back to a single truck operation. He would not tell you that he didn't make money. He would tell you, he didn't like his life. Still logged 52 year on the big road. My family understood and supported it. Thats what lost in this day and age. Never as a kid was I upset with him not being home. I knew the life at a young age. Mom was the glue who made it all work, cause she accepted it. That was a partnership.

    Guess my mother's day post!

    Thank you all Moms!

My misses loves that. She’s got a thing for hummingbirds.

I learned how to pie cut exhaust pipe for a L9000 daycab. 1200 bucks for the double elbow that went out and around the ridiculous fuel tanks. Could have been built much simpler.
