One of my friends from my Air Force days was Oglala. He hated to be called a Sioux and the people that knew him respected that. he was also a VERY gifted singer and on the weekends would go sing in some local clubs. When I listen to RedBone I am reminded of my friend. Sadly we lost him about 20 years ago to a dang drunk driver. One of my regrets in life is I have no recordings of him singing.

    THE TRUCK HAS STOPPED!!!!

At an indigenous TA inside the most awesomest state.

We are out of time allotted by The DOT to operate the truck safely and in a non fatigued manner.

So The OM said we shall stay here. Of course the weather is perfect and there is 0 wind.

Isn't the OM concerned with that Fuel Mileage?

Being a somewhat intelligent person I ran the hill early yesterday unlike some that don't know how to check weather. Headed back over at 11:00 and #### was getting real. Like an actual winter type storm just enough wind and freezing rain mixed with snow. Just enough rain mixed in to freeze on windshield. Today nope running south a bit so yeah

Well here's the story on the return trip.-

The first dollar amounts for this trip were between $700 and $900 less than what we've done it for ( $5200 to $5500 ).

The one agent dude," Blah, capacity, blah, computerized dispatch, blah."

So The OM is like," F that."

So whilst waiting to see what transpires, one of our friends that has LARGE amounts of nose hair posts it for $5400.

So I booked it while The OM was asleep.

Within 4 hours of that, two other loads that went deeper into the Midwest that we've done posted for much better rates.

    So I've just kept quiet.

    BUT

Glass dude is coming Wednesday to finally install the glass on the tub in the hall bath. He got the hardware.

These are some HUGE pieces of glass, like 1/4" thick, maybe 3/8" they're sitting in the garage.

They're precision drilled, and I can't figure out if they slide, or it's some high dollar walk around.

Feedman, Opus, LoSt_AgAiN and 10 others Thank this.

Well i got bored over the one (1) day off that I just mowed the lawn on, then played Silent Hunter 4 on PC, and found and sank a carrier, Hiryū, and a light cruiser and 5 destroyers, a large tanker and damaged another Cruiser befire running out of torpedoes and creeping out at 327 feet and 156 depth charges taken.

But I made up a trip sheet though I’ll still keep my yearly journal for load info as well.
I could use this as a daily(which infirst thought about, but it could becweekly by adding more fuel boxes, maybe a few less loads.

I could let you have for the SUPER low price of only $9.95!
And if you act now, you can get it double sided for only $5 more!!

    I should be in sales....
Anyway heres what I come up with.

The man makes the truck or bike, not the machine. Seen some drivers/riders do some awesome things with old/odd/ragged equipment.
Fastest/longest chase of trailer lights I ever recall making was off scales on US90 east of NO to near Mobile. AL when she pulled in to
the pumps for fuel. Old black 750 Jimmy Diesel, faded paint, good engine and driver.
