You have to be more specific. So far you said you have an air leak but there’s no leak.
D.Tibbitt, tscottme, Brettj3876 and 1 other person Thank this. -
If it's air driven and leaks you won't detect it in your pre-trip.
Good luck.Dadetrucking305 Thanks this. -

Check to see if the air leaks only when the fan engages.
It should be easy to find if you know what to look for and when. -

It happens only when driving.
It can be detected by applying air supply to both units, by pushing in both yellow and red buttons on your dash.
Before doing it block the wheels and have the equipment on a flat ground.
You don't want it rolling over you, when you go and check all your brakes, one by one.
If a maxi is about to fail you will hear a whistle in the air ducts going to the dash buttons.
You have turn off the radio in your cab to hear it.
You should stop driving immediately if you suspect a failing maxi chamber.
If it fails it'll block an axle by applying the parking brake and you'll destroy 4 tires by dragging them on the ground.!!!
Any other questions? -
Or a maxi chamber starting to fail.
Please read my next message about the brakes and how to inspect them. -
