    Property taxes are low and there's no taxes on food at the grocery store and no state income taxes.
    Plenty of good jobs available also. The Fountainebleau will hire 6000 employees and opens next year.

    Most cities do that. Las Vegas water goes through the water treatment plant, then sent back to Lake Mead.

    Forecasters have predicted another La Nina year, which means lower precipitation for the Southwest US. Going to be interesting to see where they are going to get water from.
