I just got home and Zero Breeze unit was already here, but my lithium battery I bought (with a recommendation of a guy who has it in his RAM 5500), is only gonna be here on Tuesday, so I can't test this thing on the road yet.
I bought a special battery, because I am not so sure that my truck batteries gonna hold up all night and then have enough juice to start the truck.
It does blow very cold air though! Fingers crossed it works as planned

So you want the hoses to go outside a window, for example, the passenger side - there is going to be lots of water dripping? You could make a window adapter - the way Idle Aire used to have - they were made from plastic but you could make it from plywood and then maybe the whole truck cabin could be cooled down. In theory, I can see it working but it all depends on the lasting of the battery. Even if it only lasts 6-8 hours, it is still enough for quality sleep and maybe be worth it.

I am gonna remove non working factory fridge and put Zero Breeze in there. If after testing it works good enough, I am just gonna drill holes in the floor , like I did for Webasto setup

So this whole time I have been caring Zero Breeze in my truck, but did not have a chance to do a night testing yet, since every night so far temps have been dropping to below 60 degrees . Tonight it's finally gonna be 80 degrees.
I have not drilled the cab for the exhaust pipes yet, waiting to see how it performs first. Just gonna stick hose in the driver's window and close sleeper curtains for now.

The good news is the 24v $1000 lifep04 battery I got easily supplied power for 10 hours test I did at home, so I am really looking forward for tonight!

Did it cool down the room where you tested it?

I think you’re onto something. Can’t wait to hear the results. My Trucks comfortable, but stand on the bunk, and it’s hotter than hattes.

Did not really pay attention to that.
It ran in the already cold basement. They say this thing is only rated for up to 40sq f. I just wanted to see if the battery holds up.

Precooled the cab to 70 degrees before shutting the truck off. Zerobreeze is on max power. Let's see what happens!

When I had the portable 1 hose unit, I ran the hose out of the small vent on the sleeper. Took the trim off, flipped it over, hose fit almost perfectly, with some duct tape. The hose itself gave off heat. Insulation would have helped.
