Hey guys! My truck is a 2014 International 9900i Eagle. I have an ISX-15 and it is coupled with the RTLO-18918B 18 speed trans. I wanted to ask if anyone knew what the part number is for the Air to Air Transmission Cooler that will replace the factory Air to Water Trans cooler? Also, if any of you have performed this specific swap did the new trans cooler come with any hardware? Thanks for the help. Y'all be safe!

My 1980 KW has one. Just hangs from the rear cab crossmember, above the driveshaft.

So it circulates hot air from inside transmission to be cooled by airflow ?

It can’t be an air to air since the trans fluid is in the cooler .
    It’s oil to air .
Which is very common on most every vehicle with an automaton trans

some vehicles have them inside the radiator and some of those have an additional oil to air cooler after the rad cooler

Any cooler will work. You just have to make up lines with the right fittings and mount it somewhere. I made 2 of mine with the power steering coolers for F450’s mounted on the horse collar under the transmission. Used pieces of aluminum walk plate extrusion for grilles.

It's not air to air. It's oil to air. And you should be able to walk into any decent heavy truck store and tell them you need a oil to air trans cooler. Pretty universal. I removed my oil/water trans cooler and replaced with air cooler. Ran some new hose to where I mounted cooler in front of a cross member. Has to fab 2 very simple and crude brackets

That went completely over my head. Thread title must be mis-typed I'm guessing.

I have a picture in my photos if only I knew how to upload it. I buy them from eBay. I’m trying but the pic won’t load to my reply. Hayden oil cooler 1240. Best I can do.
