No it isn't. I can do 70mph if I want, and nail down 695 - 705 miles every day without speeding. Yesterday I drove almost all day at 65, and made 671 miles.

This is not difficult, or dangerous.

You are doing it the right way. You'll never miss an appointment in your career.
The only way you can improve on it:
    1. Owning a personal Crystal ball.
    2. Owning a personal Time Machine.
    I prefer the Crystal Ball.
Time travel is heavily policed and you may get in trouble.
    Good luck driver.
Edit: My Crystal ball marking reads: Rand McNally TND Tablet 80.
It worked better than I expected.

Oh I've missed a couple. Never underestimate the idiots of Ohio. Between an idiot with a camper that can't comprehend toll booths on I-80 and just I-70 in general east of Indy, I'd rather drive across the GWB, make a u-turn in the Bronx, and do it again, for 11 hours, than have to deal with Ohio anymore than I have to. I thought I was far away from Ohio and it's nonsense but even in Wyoming I had an Ohio SUV just cruising right beside me going 65 in a 80 for miles with a line of traffic behind. Finally got pulled over by not one but two state troopers. Kinda wish hanging was still legal.

Why didn't you back out of it for ten seconds, and let all those poor people by? You noticed the jam that the person in the SUV was too clueless to see, so why not help out traffic?

Not my responsibility to baby sit four wheelers. If they want to get ticketed that's fine with me.

It's not mine either. But if I can help traffic flow easier, then I'm going to help. There's plenty of things you're not responsible for, but you can still take action.

Lots of people behind the wheel are just kinda dumb. No way to sugar coat it. They don't see the things we see, and they have a hard time making decisions on the road, so you have to "help" them.

I call it "driving for other people".

    Great observation.
    Great question.
The marking of a true Pro is to perform.
    While minimize risks.
Did anybody heard about Road Rage yet?

    simple.

tell them it ain't gonna happen and tell them why.

I've said it hundreds of times. some get mad, eventually them get used to it. especially if you can do it like you want , ie; safely.
