No heat from thermoking apu /webasto bunk heater

This might not be the correct place for this question but.....

So I recently got a 2023 Volvo with the thermoking apu. Now that I looked, I see that it has a little bunk heater. I'll post a picture of all the controls I've got. No matter what I do, I can't get the bunk heater to do ANYTHING! When I push the left button to turn apu on and move left knob to heat (right), the little light flashes for a few seconds, then stays solid but nothing happens. I used to have a freightliner (no apu) that had a separate little controller for the heater. This truck only has the apu controller, then there's the control panel in left of pic. I've even used the left panel to select "heat" then on but nothing. Am I just missing something on how to turn the bunk heater on?

 

That's alot of what I read, but this truck is brand new. I got it with 2k miles. But I suppose if it was sitting for a while that's possible. So am correct that it should work simply by turning the left knob to the right and the middle knob (temp) to the right?

 

One video on the YouTube said that you actually use the Volvo control panel (left in picture) to control the bunk heater. That didn't seem correct to me. Tried that too and nothing.

 

Yeah from the (very limited) instruction card for the thermoking, it says that the fan switch has nothing to do with the heat. But following those instructions hasn't worked either.
