Alabama carriers is under the Tennessee Steel Haulers umbrella and that obviously makes them both Daseke companies. I think TSH is 100% o/o and L/o, no company drivers.

What do you mean "no unnecessary x strapping?" You talking about the x strapping in the front and back of loads?

Yes the x strapping that doesn’t stop anything from moving except insulation.

I'd say some forms of lumber, the x strap works too. Some of that lumber will walk on you

Believe you are correct. Both are O/O or lease purchase type.

X chaining plate steel is also a great way to protect the back of your tractor in case of a panic type stop. If you do not think so please stay with the type of hauling you are doing now to keep from bumping up the accident stats for flatbed truckers.

    cke and CAXPT Thank this.

That is the best way to haul the plates with rubber underneath the 4 by 4 that they lay on and rubber mats on top of wood between steel, l have seen so many W/ex. put 4 straps on 40ft plates loads and leave out with nothing more on front of loads?

cke, CAXPT and beastr123 Thank this.

Absolutely. Not on every single load. Some of us prefer to work where we are treated like professionals and allowed to use our judgment on how things should be secured. I couldn’t work at a place where they give you a 50 page binder and say secure it like this!

CAXPT, cke and beastr123 Thank this.
