We have new generation of cameras from april. They are still not adr approved.
You can get maximum ex2 and at. But no FL anf ex3.

There is adr exception for diesel fuels to Being tramsported Without FL. So it is possible to get some adr loads with cameras.

Battery will work fine once they have a working swapping system so instead of charging you get a "new charged battery" in your tuck and off you go in a couple of minutes. Then there is no need for fast charging that degrades batteries.

I ordered 8 baby axled pushers at the end of 2020.
High spec, 500 turbocompund, globetrotter cab, baby axle, i cool klima, solar panels on roof, single driver cab, cameras, sensors, blablabla
    87500 neto for each

    Picked up 6 in 2021.
They delayed all of them, for me it was only a problem, I had to extended rental of my older trucks, which was like 2500euro/month, didn't hear sorry from them. And in the end last two trucks were supposed to be delivered at the begninning of 2022 (because of all delays, I just couldn't afford to pick up 8 trucks prety much at once).
They said because it's 2022 mode price +5%.
I told them to go f themsleves.

Right now? Same truck would be 110-115. And ordered now, would arrive 2023. And Volvo can increase the price however they want, it's in the contract. (I think until 2 months before arrival of truck at dealer)

I don't get how people can make any money with trucks that expensive. Drivers want more and more (and we have this mobility package as you know, so no more minimal wage, they get everything like in Germany or Belgium). Makes me wonder when whole economy will collapse.

Right now my rate for empty/loaded with truck only is around 1,6euro, and I honestly only make normal profit because we do 13-14k / km per month. On slow months it's not that great.

And I do have good rate for east european company, 1,6euro/net empty-loaded is around 2 euro loaded (on long distance trips, not 200-300 km).

    Take a look at those.
Girteka is selling 2018 Dafs (which nobody wants btw. especially the beloved 480 engine) for around 10 euro loss on each one (they paid between 55-65 for new truck in 2018).
Schmitz reefers are being sold with maybe 5-15k euro loss on each one (depending on year).

How can you start in transport today I don't know.

    Is Girteka downsizing?
They did a lot off Russia and Belarus iirc.

I don't know exactly, but reality is, if the truck is registered in Kazachstan you can drive like old days .. no sanctions from both EU and Russia.
So lots of companies are moving their trucks there.

I think they are only replacing trucks, funny thing is only Dafs (Volvos he said they can sell, but they are all driving).

I'm being honest now, there is something wrong with 480 Paccar engine .. as you know I had 510, and I haven't touched the enigne, still on original turbo, just replaced clutch (as precaution).

With those 480 there seems to be some kind of problems, a friend of mine has one with 500,000k and crankshaft seized on berings .. that's strange, but that's not unusuall as he was told. Not sure what happend, wrong oil, too long intervals, but that's very, very strange, and he is not alone with this issue.

Speaking of sanctions, I don't think any of these sanctions will hurt Russia. Specifically the oil bans. Russia can just sell the oil to other countries. They seem to still be benefiting from the high oil prices.

Honestly I think Russia is laughing at us right now. We'll sanction them until we destroy our economies and our governments will refuse to take any blame for the mess THEY created.
