Rates are crashing and fuel to the moon!

I don't know how they can haul for cheap. I spent 10K on repairs recently, 2 weeks out of work. Lost one broker in the meantime.

I sill own 12K plus my school loan about 6K. Though I haven't been paying toward my school loan. Sleepy Joe promised to write it off. So, I'm hopeful. LOL
I was hopeful to pay off my mortgage in a few years. But how things are now, it is going to be slow. My son starts college in two months. That will cost some...
No new patio this year as I hoped. No new bathroom neither.
We can play some salsa music and pretend everything is good. Let's not forget there are others who have it worse than us.

I think the music has stopped and people are desperately trying to find a seat to sit on. Unfortunately, quite a few are going to be left standing holding the hot potato.
