I actully had a simular system left in my truck when i bought it. Within the first 3 weeks of using it i had over 192 "serious incidents" and when i reviewed them it was almost always due to the truck jumping and bucking on rough gravel/dirt roads or while loading/unloading my end dump. Or from when my old radar would freak out at passing birds and lock the brakes up. Or cars cutting infront of me. Or my personal favorite the time i got almost 40 alerts in one night due to 80mph winds kicking my truck around like crazy.

Was kinda funny tbh. But i finally took the system out and put a garmin drive cam in.

    DFW on the 635 went from 55 or 60 - 70 or 75 in '18.
I stayed at 65 - 68 and cruised in number 2 lane watching all the Speed Racers.
Rt. 80 was Sped Up too.

Yep, in Dallas they have 75 mph right through the #### construction zone sometimes even while the workers are out there actively working 3 feet from the line. I’m not even joking.
I’ve said it here before, I love Texas and I love Dallas and I’m a Cowboys fan, but Dallas drivers are among some of the craziest in the country. I’m cruising at 70 mph and I’m getting past like I’m not even moving. They do 100+ right through the middle of the city.

If your MVIR, CSA, DAC, and ClearingHouse records are clean you can basically go anywhere you want.... Crete is a average-mega-pay company not sure why you're bothered by not being able to work there.... Hopefully they do it to more drivers so they will eventually get consumed by another mega, and we don't have as many big companies lying to the public about "good money" and "work/life balance"....

It'd be a whole lot easier if we only had to tell people Swift and JB Hunt are lying puppy mills...

Judging by the turd fest that you read on these blogs about Crete you may be better off now anyway. If you can fog a mirror you’ll find another job. Good luck.

If it's safe then there wouldn't be an issue.

Stuff like this makes me envy owner ops. Must be nice to have all that freedom to drive without restrictions
