I was eating regular food too. I was stuck chewing with only my front teeth for about 2 weeks though.

Mom has evicted us all. She gave us until tomorrow too get a flying broom or an airplane our choice.
After reminding us all the things Little Man had to do before school starting in August, we agreed.
So keep an eye on her and I will talk to you all in November.
It has been a pleasure,

Today was one of those days where things started off pretty dismal while scouring the freight market in Salt Lake City which is normally crap. But, today turned around for me when I snagged a good load. It pays okay. Not gonna get rich from it but it is good enough where I can make money and get rolling in the direction I want to go. It only took a little patience on my part. Salt Lake City to Tannersville, PA at 20,000lbs. Easy enough.
Now, this is where things went south. I-80 eastbound at the I-84 westbound interchange. I'm doing the truck speed limit of 55mph in the right lane coming up to the interchange. A blue Freightliner Cabover. Pulling a Conestoga slipped in behind me rolling coal as he was accelerating on the ramp. He's down on the skinny pedal hard because he is really rolling some coal. He passes me in the left lane and then makes his move to get in front of me. At this point all is well until this mutha effer takes the exit for I-84 westbound. He then realizes he is taking the wrong exit and it's just a tad late for him to go back left to I-80 eastbound. Well, I normally do not wish bad things upon people but after what this sheet-head did today I wish he would lose his license and his truck and his livelihood. Period.
After he realizes that he is going the wrong direction this shyte-byrd tugs hard left on the steering wheel and jumps the apex at 50mph. He comes over the apex and lands on the shoulder of I-80 eastbound next to me but he still doesn't have control of the truck yet. He darts towards me and I have already checked behind me to make sure that if I need to leave my lane, I can. Well, sure enough here he comes so I dodge him with my left side tires touching the dirt on the outside of the left lane and then he finally gets things under control and straightened his rig out.
I was LIVID and I am still upset about the whole situation. This guy risked his life, his truck, his load as well as my life and truck just so he could get back on to the proper interstate. This guy risked it all so he didn't have to go a few miles out of route.
See this guy...
Transcozia, Inc. driver, you do not deserve to be a CDL holder after the move you pulled today. I cannot believe that you would do something like this. It's not worth it. You need to do better. Take what happened today as a lesson learned because it could have turned out totally different.Nostalgic, PoleCrusher, Feedman and 15 others Thank this. -
