Bill requiring drivers to remove ice and snow from vehicles passes in Pennsylvania Senate
Well in PA., this Bill may well PASS and then Every Trucker will be hampered with, somehow, eliminating ALL SNOW & ICE from their Tractor and Trailer, Box Truck, etc., BEFORE beginning a Move.
Seems N. Y., Jersey, Illinois (and other states?) tried something similar some years ago.
Seems it didn't fare well.
