I am thinking that if this goes through, what will happen is some fat boy state trooper (w/ 5 years on the job) is going to climb up on a 16-18 ft ladder on an Icey Road to inspect and take pictures for evidence of snow and ice on top of a trailer and he slips and falls hurts his pride, with soft tissue damage and has to go on full disability for an on duty accident at full pay or 80% paid tax free. The law makers will see the error of their ways.
