    Oh I so agree with that, the #### I've seen, but I just laugh and continue on. Don't know which was worse construction workers or trucks on Donner.

    I was 55 years old when I did several loads of tires when I was with LS. Agent was DLS. Loads came out of the Excel warehouse in Terrell, Tx. 4 and 5 stop loads to Discount Tire Stores in the Denver Metro to Ft Collins area. Start at the first store at 8am and be done before 4pm. Loads paid really well, plus $100 per stop for unloading. I got pretty good at bouncing those tires off one om the floor and sending them to the store guy waiting for them.
    Also did a load of truck tires and while there weren't near as many, you had to roll them to the back. And the trailer was sitting with the back end facing uphill. One of them was enough for me.

    I seriously considered starting doing them full time.

    Too much serious risk.

    The first one I did was down by San Diego.

    After I was done, and made it back to the truck, when I finished crying like a little girl, The OM and Kitty were like," Are you going to walk up that hill and get us a Starbucks?"

    And I was like," I can't F WALK."
